Ultra Q will be coming to Fingerprints on Sunday 7/2 at 1pm to celebrate the release of their debut album, My Guardian Angel. Led by Jakob Armstrong, the youngest son of Green Day vocalist Billie Joe Armstrong, this band has a melodic, synth-pop take on post-punk, shoegaze and emo music. With production from Chris Coady (TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Beach House), this album achieves a large sonic sound while still holding onto the infectious bop of a great pop record. They are very likely to become the next big rock band and you have the opportunity to see them here at our little shop free with RSVP Request below. Pre-ordering the CD or the LP from us will grant you priority entry and signing wristband.
